Essential Szechenyi Baths rules

• Towel and bathrobe rentals: Towel rentals are only available with the exclusive Palm House package. It's recommended to bring your own towel to avoid inconvenience.
  
• Footwear policy: Wearing flip-flops or waterproof slippers is mandatory throughout the facility, except inside the pools. This helps maintain hygiene and prevents slips on wet surfaces.
  
• Locker and cabin usage: Lockers and private cabins are available for storing your belongings. However, valuables are stored at your own risk. It's advisable to leave expensive items at home.
  
• Health considerations: Individuals with certain health conditions, such as high blood pressure, cardiovascular issues, or infectious skin diseases, should consult a doctor before using the thermal pools. Pregnant women are also advised to seek medical advice prior to visiting.
  
• Massage booking policy: If you've booked a massage, ensure you check in at least 40 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in cancellation without a refund.
  
• Swimwear requirements: Proper swimwear is mandatory. For men, this includes swimming briefs, trunks, or shorts. For women, acceptable options are bikinis, tankinis, one-piece swimsuits, or full-body swimsuits made of swimwear fabric.
  
• Age restrictions for children: Children under 14 are not recommended to use the warm thermal pools. They may use two specific outdoor pools under parental supervision. Children under 2 are not permitted in any pools.
  
• Smoking areas: Smoking is prohibited throughout the baths, except in designated outdoor areas. Please look for signage indicating smoking zones.
